The young lady at the window seemed to have a attitude and be in a extra big hurry. She wasn't even going to offer my receipt just let the window slam. The doughnuts were great apparently got in line just as hot ones were coming up. So would have given higher if the employee wasn't so unpleasant.

I love the limited time flavors...but you can never go wrong with the original glazed. Especially if the 'Hot and Now' sign is on!

Krispy Kreme has always been a great place to go. The one thing that needs great improvement is their app. You can't order most of the doughnuts that they have which is kinda stupid. Plus the sizes too. Can't order a half dozen of the kind you want. Have to go in store for that. Their app seems to be what one would be first coming out way back when. Needs to be completely updated or what's the purpose of having it in the first place. Get that together and then 5 star for sure.

Absolutely love their doughnuts! You can smell them before you walk in the door. My favorite is the chocolate covered and the plain ones. I always get a couple dozen when I go.

Terrible service at the drive thru tonight (March 13)around 7:30. They were out of many (including regular glazed) donuts and the girl at the drive thru was so rude it was a little shocking. I got a mixed dozen of the few available and 2 small coffees. I could tell when she handed me the coffees they weren't even warm, much less hot. She was so rude, I didn't even say anything. They really need to hire people that WANT to be there.
