Main Street Pub

This bar was extremely clean in the seating area and in the bar section. Staff was friendly and attentive. The young lady that served us was AMAZING. The food was literally the best. I had the ruben with tots and my husband built his burger. Tone of alcohol choices. Def a place to stop while on main street. Family friendly during the day..does turn 21+ after i believe 11 or 12pm. Restrooms were clean.

My daughter and I went in yesterday afternoon. We are from out of town and we’re very happy with our choice. The atmosphere was great and the fried pickles and hand cut fries with corned beef and Swiss cheese were awesome. We didn’t order any other food but what we saw come out of the kitchen looked great. This place has a large selection of beers/ales and an extensive offering of whiskeys/bourbons. When we are in the area again, we will definitely hit this place up again

We had an amazing lunch here! We started with the queso and chips and then not the garlic parm wings and the Philly wrap with tots. The wings were awesome and the wrap was one of the best wraps I've had. The Ribeye chunks were so tender and flavored perfectly. I added mushrooms with the onion, pepper, mayo. The service was great as well. It was fairly early, so they were not busy and we got a lot 9f attention! We would definitely return!

We’re on vacation visiting family and got a rare date night after getting a sitter for my 3 children.. We ended the night with a final tab of $217 at this restaurant. My boyfriend and I clearly explained to our server (who was actually a very great server) that we wanted to pay $130 in cash and put the remaining on our card and then we would tip him. The cash was pocketed and the entire total was charged to my card. The manager and the GM refused to help us and make this right. Matt (the manager) has a terrible “not my problem” attitude and they have left me with $50 to get back home to Chattanooga tomorrow. I would not trust this place. I’m extremely upset. They could make this right but instead just gave me a bunch of smart remarks. Horrible customer service.

Even though it's been a while, I've been here many, many times & have enjoyed it, but for some reason the customer service was lacking. I asked about their beer list & got a short, snide remark about 28 beers on tap then he just started to walked away until I yelled, 'Do you have any suggestions?' He then quickly rattled off a bunch of numbers from the menu that was so fast I missed most of them. He wasn't the only one. It was like the entire staff just didn't care. Too bad, because the food is good.
