Smokin Wings

Food is excellent!! However, I was there tonight, 7:34 pm, March 2, 2022 & the female cashier with the red framed glasses was very rude and acted if she didn't want to be bothered with orders. This is not a good look for a business. Thank God that I have been here before and I know the other cashiers have better personalities.

Honestly - would never have thought I would try wings 🍗 at a mall but this place smacks 👀. Tried multiple flavors. Great deal during Black Friday, 15 wings for $10 🤯. We tried, and I recommend in this order, Louisiana Hot (not that hot), Honey BBQ, Garlic Parmesan Dry Rub, and Crown 👑 Royal. They were so good 🤤🤤. Great staff and absolutely excellent wings. Highly recommend.

We ordered our food at 6:30 but the order wasn't ready at 6:52. The employees were rude. They were turning potential customers away because they closed at 7pm. Our food doesn't look appetizing at all... burnt fries, chicken tenders, and pulled pork. We waited until 7:21pm for our order and were overcharged. We won't return.

I received Bad service at the smoking wings on black stock rd . Ordered a simple order of ten chicken wings over the phone and showed up and what they made was wrong . Girl at the front counter told me “I know what you ordered because I’m the one who took the order “ with an attitude . I think I would know what I ordered since I ordered it . Instead of apologizing for messing up the order which is ok because mistakes happen , she was rude and made it seem like I was lying . Needless to say I won’t be returning to that location. I’ve never experienced such bad costumer service before . Wow

Ordered through Doordash so can't say anything about the customer service. The burger I ordered was a different subject. In the app it shows the burger with fries and none were present. The burger itself which I paid $13.25 for on Doordash after taxes, delivery fee, etc, was supposed to be cooked medium not well done. The burger did have decent flavor to my surprise and they did include the jalapenos I requested. I just hate overcooked burgers.
