ZERO STARS.. It wasn't an option in order for me to comment... with that being said fast food is fast food.. so fast that my burger wasn't even cooked through. I called the manager on duty "a Courtesy call" to make him aware of the situation. However he didn't seem to care nor offered a replacement. This is by far the worst place on the east side of spartanburg. If you choose to spend 25.21 on food please don't go to COOK OUT. WE WORK TOO HARD FOR OUR MONEY TO SPEND IT WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! Thank you manager James..

Stays busy thankfully my order was done right for the most part how ever new cups for milk shakes n they didn't clean the the sides of cup where they made a mess

Cookout has the best price to food ratio and the food is pretty good. No where else can you get this much food and a huge tea for only $5.88. You can add a milkshake instead of a drink for only $1.00 more. I recommend!

I love their milk shakes. One of the few that use real milk. Love their other food too if I want a quick meal. I love BLTs I can get them here!

I literally get the same thing every time I go. Other than being out of Onion rings the past 4 times... it's normally pretty good. The type of service you get depends on who is working drive thru. The only complaint I have really about the service is when they won't give you time to order without asking, "will that be all?" Just feel rushed....
