The Clock Restaurant

The Clocks Restaurant on Reidville Rd. In Spartanburg SC was disgusting. As my daughter, mom and I wanted to hang out and enjoy a good meal, we decided to stop at this restaurant. Everything was good up until we got our food and drinks. I began took a bite off of my food and a sip from my cup. When I put my cup down is when I noticed something in my cup. I looked at it an saw something floating on the side of my tea. Instantly I noticed what was in my cup. A cockroach, I began to get nauseous and feeling faint. A numerous of things were going threw my head. Did not know if it had eggs or anything. I could not eat my food or anything. To this day I still can not drink anything dark because of this incident. Very very disgusting. I was sick for months after this. Seeing the image in my head every time I closed my eyes. Very disturbing. Manager/ owner never got in touch with me about this matter. The waitress said I took this matter better than she did.

Went there for lunch and I wanted the fried chicken, but was told the ran out (at 1:30 in the afternoon?), so I ordered the chicken Parmesan instead. The salad was huge and good. The Parmesan was okay. The price on the menu was $12.99, but when I got the bill it was $16.99. When I mentioned this, she said the menu prices are wrong. I'm pretty sure this is illegal. Why didn't they mention this BEFORE we ordered? I won't be going back!! Fix the menu prices or charge your customers the actual price that's on the menu.

One of the things I like about The Clock is it's menu. They really have a good variety on their menu...something for everyone. I enjoyed the meal, the restaurant was clean and the staff was professional and courteous. If you're ever with family or friends talking about where to eat and everyone seems to want something different I'd recommend The Clock. From burgers to wings to steak to salads...you name it they have it plus soups too. A big thumbs up. ☝

Went there & there was no one at the counter, me and 2 other people wasn't acknowledged until maybe 5 or so minutes later. As soon as I walked up to the counter to place my order, the lady told me that someone else would take my order while she was discussing how she couldn't stand another coworkers voice with another coworker. Once I received my order they were out of drink holders,so I had to juggle three drinks. I told the lady that I was missing a drink& after going back& forth about the missing drink, she finally gave me my other drink. Once I got home, I realized that my.order wasn't correct& was charged an incredibly high amount. Will not be back.

I was in the drive through like for 30 minutes ! possibly while my food had been already prepared & just sitting at the counter. I arrived around 7pm and didnt leave the drive thru til after 7:30. As we set in line waiting for our food to be ready., a bug was flying around so we rolled up our window. We continue to wait & wait, and not before long we decide to roll down the window to see what was going on & then they provide us the food that had been just SITTING AT THE WINDOW. food was luke warm & i found parchment paper in my burger half way eating it . horrible service , slow & will never come to this clock again

Horrible service, food is normally top notch. Placed order at 8:06 was asked to pull up and the food would be brought out. At 8:45 I call the restaurant asking where they were with my food. After several excuses I went in and got a refund. Food has been ready and was just sitting there getting cold. Won’t go back just hit the one in Duncan or Welford won’t have a problem there.
