Golden Chick

Service and food was good...but they seem to be out of certain choices of chicken every time I go. They only had 1 leg...and no thighs, so my $9.00 3 pc meal consisted of 1 small leg and 2 wings. Their chicken pieces are definitely on the small side as well...even the breast. If they would increase the size of their chicken pieces and have all varieties available, the cost of the combo's. would not seem as bad. The food is always great, it is just sad that you can't get decent sized or get what is supposed to be available in the combo. Other than that the staff are very nice and wait time is fairly quick. They just need to figure out how to have all varieties available.

Worst customer service ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was hung up on and denied service. While my family and I were there door dash was also turned away. The company has not bothered to update signage at all. However we did get to the establishment before their hours that were verbalized. Apparently their dining room is open but only to certain people since there were customers in the dining area.

Second review- I've noticed that your tenders have gone up a dollar which is fine... I get it...hard times means higher prices...however when I used to order gravy for my dipping sauce I would get a full styrofoam container..the last two times now I've been given a small plastic container that you would use for ketchup. I'm not interested in paying a dollar more for less food. No longer a customer First review- I really enjoy Golden Chick and the people are very nice however, there have been two times now that I've asked/and paid for a 6 tender box and have only received 4 tenders. Its a bit annoying once I get home and see that I didn't get what I paid for.

I used to love this place. The old manager was great. But it has gone down hill and fast. The staff don't care, the food tastes old, and they're more concerned with chit chatting. Ill never come back to this place. I've given it 4 or 5 chances in the last two months and they have been awful. Goodbye Golden Chick.

Not a bad experience. The server was friendly and helpful. We had to wait for them to cook chicken tenders (their signature item) and there was only one other patron there. It was typical chicken tenders. Nothing special but the spicy version has a kick. The tables were not clean. The rolls are very good. I would not go out of my way to go back.
