Wingstop

I ordered 2 wing combos. The fries were greasy, not cooked completely, and no fry seasoning on them. I called the restaurant and they told me to come back and replace. I got back in my car and returned to the restaurant. The picture attached is my replacement! Same result as before just cooked a little darker. My son & I threw them away!!!

Everyone here now has the work ethic of a sloth. Expect to wait 30 minutes to an hour even if you’re the only one in the store. The floor itself is a wreck. Everyone just messes around and jokes around. They take no pride in their job and just want a check, despite their laziness. The money don’t make itself, clowns. Will take my money elsewhere until their corporate does something. I will be calling somebody.

Hate to even give it one star. Placed a to-go order online and was told 28 minutes. An hour later I still did not have the food after standing in the restaurant over 30 minutes. They didn’t speak to me when I came in and the girl at the front rolled her eyes at me as I walked in the door. Several customers had to come back in with their food as the orders were prepared incorrectly. The staff played around the entire time.

This was my first time eating WingStop and I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I ordered an eight piece boneless wing meal. I received chicken tenders instead and my fries were badly overcooked and slimy for some reason. Why would you serve someone food like that?? Make it make sense. Overall it sucks because I've heard nothing but good things about the franchise only to end up with a bad taste in my mouth.

Cashier was not friendly. Normally when you go somewhere to place a to go order, you are asked for a name to be called by when your order is ready. We were not. Our ticket only said "means". By the time our food was ready it, the cook wasn't so friendly giving us our order. My husband has been bragging about the food here for a while now. And I'm kinda disappointed. Not sure why anyone would put hot wings and bbq wings in the same tray. Wings were hot, fries warm. Music could've been turned down just a little bit. Atmosphere isn't too bad. Kinda laid back.

Came in here today to eat and the employees seem nice but the guy standing at the cash register seem annoyed. We was ordering while we was ordering he kept getting our order wrong so we had to repeat it four times for him to understand. Then we told him can we get all flats for our chicken wings the guy told us no we don’t do it On Saturdays . I’ve been to good wings stops n bad and they all done it for me before no matter what day it was. So we asking him why and he ignored my question n just continue to ask questions about our order. Idk who the manager is for this location but this is not customer service. To top it off the store was horrible l! Trash on floor. Ice on the floor so someone can slip and fall. Sounds like a lawsuit to me . I probably won’t be back to this wing stop again. I’ll drive an hour to just get better customer service! 💯💯💯
