Food was good. I ordered on the app and selected curbside. When I arrived I parked in a designated space. There was a number to call with instructions to tell them your space number. Don't waste your time. They just tell you to come in and get it. I even said " so you don't bring it out?" The girl said no, we don't. But, it was faster than the drive through.

I mean not much to say, it's a decent place to get some chicken. They are usually pretty consistent, much more so than other locations throughout the county. 4 stars because a few of my recent visits for take away have not had the condiments I asked for. I mean when I order a "wings and things meal" I feel like I shouldn't have to ask for my ranch to be put in the bag. So 4 stars for having to go behind employees because it's so hard to remember condiments.

We always pay for extra sauce what is this? Rude and rushing us when we’re trying to order all we here is “oh we’re out of that” or “is that it” we come to this Zaxby’s a lot and tonight not good service at all!!

Love everything I've tried. The chicken salad sandwiches, Zaxby salad with fried chicken( my favorite) and Chicken Big snack box. Their tea is good too.Not too sweet like some places.

What a joke, don’t order online unless you want to wait in line at drive thru with 15 cars in line. As of right now I’ve been in line 15 minutes and still not to the order screen. Let alone picking up my meal.
When I got home no extra Zax sauce that I paid extra for. I look at the print out and it’s the first thing on there. 2 @.25 total $.50. I guess they don’t read the order printed. Go figure.

When I don’t see Clay the Manager in the kitchen (idk if he’s even still there), I know business will be a little slower than usual, and the staff slack off. People just standing in the front staring and talking about customers. All I know is, when I worked there as a teen, it was no standing in one place. ESP. When busy. Idk what happened to the new generation.

Ate at the local zaxbys in spartanburg on the east side and it was great!! The first zaxbys I've got to eat in, in a while!! I got the house zalad drizzled with tongue torch sauce and put ranch on it!!! It was GREAT!!!!

Wife got the crispy chicken . I got the signature chicken sandwich meal 😋. We loved 😍. Sodas were very fresh tasting.
