The service was not good. Wish I could give it 5 stars because I loved all the other locations. This one however, was a bad experience. Giving it 2 stars because the sandwiches were not bad. Oh and they forgot my pickles in both sandwiches! After I asked for extra... :(

Great service and the food quality was great as well. The ladies behind the counter we extremely professional and courteous. Well definitely be back the next time I'm in Spartanburg.

I always order something a little unusual, so I was very glad they got the order correct. The manager was very friendly, efficient, and on the ball. Food was good, fresh, and tasty.

In a time of labor shortages, and the staff who do show up are stressed with a heavy work burden, this Firehouse team was on Fire tonight! All the team members were friendly and smiled. The jersey turkey sub tasted every bit as good it looked, and then some. I will be back and spreading the word

Rude staff, business was slow and the 2 ladies work both had earned in and the one taking orders had an attitude and barely said anything. Rolling her eyes every time someone came drove up or came in. Very unprofessional.

Food is great but WAY over priced. Can get a foot long sub at Subway for less than a medium sub at Firehouse.

Got to say it's one of the best subs I've had in awhile friendly staff kind of timely on their service though

Tired 7 different times to place an order online and it wouldn't accept the card finally gave up trying to order it that way. Drove up there to order, phones were ringing, no one answering the calls. No wonder they didn't answer the phone for questions about why my card wouldn't work with. Was informed there was a 25 minute wait just to order 5 subs. Said never mind and left. Moral of the story if they are busy the shut down ordering online
