Even though they don’t have sours, they have a great selection of seltzers, ciders, stouts, and IPAs. Drank the Cocoa And Coffee Stout and it was great! Played ring hook drinking game and amazing bartender hooked us up with a drink for the loser to drink. Hubby drank Mosaic IPA which won 2nd place and in a contest. We will return!!

This hidden gem is a pleasure to visit each and every time. Their beer just keeps getting better and better. I really enjoy both the Mosaic Paradise IPA and the Down Under IPA. Great beer choices. Also 2 ciders and a few wines to choose from. The atmosphere is very nice. We've come when they have live music and have never been disappointed. One great point, if you get the munchies, Pi Squared Pizza is next door and will hand deliver any order to Holiday Brewery as you enjoy your beer. The staff is very friendly and helpful with choices. Don't pass this place by. Worth the visit!

Pretty good beer and standard pricing, but it's missing what other local breweries offer. Besides being tucked away inconveniently in the back of the Drayton Lofts, there is no bar food or snacks, and the staff, while friendly, was not very interactive. The atmosphere is cozy with a couch and multiple TVs, but it seems more like a common area for the apartments than a downtown brewery. It's worth a visit, but it will not be a frequent spot for me.

Pretty great location which lets them get away with the mediocre beer. The trivia nights are great and the live music is great. They have a nice outdoor space with a good view and the inside is a good vibe. There are only a few good beers on tap. I think local people really love it but the beer is pretty underwhelming. Great environment, great staff, great vibe, but okay beer. Still five stars.
