Bojangles

We have never experienced Bojangles till we came to visit our grandchildren that live in South Carolina. We were always told you need to get Bo'd. So we usually go to Kentucky fried chicken, but tried Bojangles. We tell you! Living in the Midwest, if there was a Bojangles near us, we would definitely go there. The place was clean, people were helpful and friendly, food was amazing and pricing was great. The beat Kentucky Fried Chicken in all areas. So when we visit those areas with a Bojangles nearby, we always go.

I placed a large order for 26 sausage biscuits and 1 Cajun filet biscuit on 1/14/21 to pick up at 6:30 a.m. on the 15th. None of it was ready which caused me to be almost late for work at 7. If you guys can't handle 26 sausage biscuits on time, then I don't want to use you for catering here soon. Update: as soon as I got to work, I found out they short changed me 4 biscuits after waiting all that time! Called manager and he apologized and told me to come back and get them and would throw in a couple more for the trouble.

Sunday of Labor Day Weekend. We thought a 12-pc Tailgate would make a nice Sunday dinner. Purchased at Bojangles Dorman Center, at 2:30 pm. Get home. Start unpacking & NO biscuits. We pd for a 12 Tailgate meal -- NOT a partial meal. We were screwed! Obviously, employees AREN'T doing their jobs. Management isn't either. BUT THEY CAN CERTAINLY TAKE YOUR MONEY! No thank you!

The food was okay. The chicken was fresh unlike some spoiled chicken I bought at another restaurant chain over the last few months. The cashier had my order ready to give to me but she decided to talk to a co worker for a bit and then hand my food to me but it was nice to know she wasn't all into her personal phone.
