Hardee's

I don’t appreciate the attitude that Hardee employees have to give. It’s my first time in a while that I have been at Hardee’s again, but coming back made me realize why I don’t eat here anymore. The service is horrible, the wait is long, the food is not fresh and the charge you extra for what you ordered. I believe that the employees are what gives the customer’s a good time and good service. If you are going to act like you don’t want to work then I suggest you make your way back home unemployed. I didn’t receive my receipt when I request for it, when I didn’t received it I was charge two extra burgers... asked for a refund but they wanted to give me cash instead and didn’t even ask if I would like it in cash or back on my card. The wait is freaking long when there’s no cars at Hardee. I don’t appreciate the attitude I’ve received, and the neglectful service here. That’s it. Nothing will change my opinion about it. I rarely leave reviews for fast food places, restaurants but apparently this fast food place deserves such a review.

Arrived as the only car there,was told to pull up and wait for my order. Which is ok,cool. Now I tell them NO ONIONS on my burger being I'm allergic to them. Nonetheless a 15 minute wait later despite having all the time in the world to make a single patty burger,they still managed to give me onions all over my burger,no napkins,no straw. Come on people do better. There was zero excuse for that with only 1 customer.

When I came through, the few people working were very rude. I ordered and they continued to try and change my order for me because I wanted an extra drink. Then, after I clearly stated what I wanted they yelled into the mic and said “you are confusing us” and continued to complain. I said the number of the order I wanted and they still acted dumbfounded. I didn’t even try again... just left and went to another Hardee’s. The level of disrespect was very uncalled for and I won’t go to that location again.

I ordered tenders and was told they were all frozen. Frozen "hand breaded tenders".. How nice. This place is just gross anyway. Getting past the hobo's asking for change at the only unlocked door should have made me question my hunger. Lady who took 10 minutes to come take my order looked down right nasty. I somewhat cringed when I saw how nasty her nails were handing me my change. But I guess when you are starving food is food. Tea was horrible, I had to pour it out. Diet coke was carbonated water so I had to pour it out too.. My "large fries" were a small fry in a large box, not to mention cold. And my mushroom burger had a solid glob of black over seasoned stuff on it that did not even resemble "gravy" Or whatever.. It was bad. A complete waste of almost $9. I seriously would not recommend this place to anyone who wants clean service and good food. Won't find it here.

I love to eat here but every time, I come thru the drive, I get a mess. I always get the hashbrown bowl and it is always spilled out in the bag on everything else. Is you just to cheap to buy a actual bowl to put it in. I thing not because I go to other Hardees and they have them. If you can't Burt the bowl at less put it in a separate bag so my co work that I get breakfast for won't have to eat my breakfast to.
