Wendy's

I hardly ever write reviews but just have to for this place. Everytime I come here and I mean everytime which is kinda often. I have never waited less than 30 min. Line is never long but you have to wait forever. The employees are sooo rude!! I said thank you and they didn’t even look at me to hand me my card back and said nothing. Always check your food here. Multiple times they have forgotten the sandwich or the fries only for me to go back and wait in the line again. I love Wendy’s and it’s the only reason I come back but I always bring a book or something to do because it’s that long of a wait. Actually currently wrote this whole review sitting at the window waiting for my food. And still had plenty of time to spare. If you can go someone else please do!!

The manager was so sweet, she was dealing with a young staff, was 86ed on most foods & staff didn't tell till after it was ordered & paid for. Bless her heart she was trying so hard & doin such a good job at still being pleasant & professional with the customers. Will visit this Wendy's again just because of this manager or shift supervisor it was evening on a sat or sun

It's a Wendy's, so I'm glad to be able to give it 3 stars. Most Wendy's continually disappoint, but this location only got my order slightly wrong, and I can live with that. Food not bad, line moved quickly enough. They did enough to earn a return visit, so I'll certainly patronize the store again when I get an opportunity. Heck, maybe they'll even be able to earn another star. That's my hope.

The restaurant has a good selection on the menu. The place is relatively new and the drive-thru menu is really easy to read. Our experience: The person taking the order could not understand our order and after we confirmed the order we pulled up to the window. After getting the window we had to confirm the order again which is not bad. The bad part is the guy who came to the window and threw the bag out the window with an attitude. I know places are short staffed and folks are overworked, but kindness will go a long way.
