They did away with the milk snakes. Don't like the food. Mainly breakfast. You don't see many customers there anymore. I can see why. I don't know how they stay in business. Have not been to Hardee's in 2 years. Customer service is not good.

I always have problems with this location, staff is extremely rude, food orders are almost always wrong and I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like. You're better off letting your toddlers make you breakfast in bed. I'll never go back to this location and you shouldn't either.

It started out bad when I left with my order I realized I did not have my drink I called the store immediately and then informed them that I did not have my drink. They asked if I would come back and get it so I did the manager there was very nice and tried to do everything they could to accommodate the fact that I had to come back to grab my drink. Overall great management takes care of the customers.

Customer service sucks. Never have anything u want
Wait forever in the driver thru just to find out they wont make it anymore and tell u its been sold out for today . Through it was made fresh a loaded biscuits come on if u dont like your job then leave someone else will do it. This place should be shut down. I asked for the main office number and was laughed at. Never again

Terrible front window lady. Lazy big girl. Service bad enough to make me come here. Man they forgot my cookies 😟
edit- still incompetent help. Young girl with braids tells me it will take seven minutes for the two pies. I said that’s fine. waited nine minutes for my food and then she told me she forgot to ring me up for the pies. Why can’t you just get sweets at this place?

0 stars. The 2 people working were very rude and unfriendly. I was given 3 curly fry crumbs w my flat chicken sandwich meal. I am from Dallas and eat Hardees once a year which use to be a staple upon my arrival. I don't think I will ever support this particular restaurant again. I politely requested a refund and nastily received.
