Mcdonald's

This McDonald's used to get my order right swiftly. This time I was asked to pulled up to a drive thru waiting space and after 15 minutes of waiting for two fries seeing other orders go out, I give my receipt to the person that brought me the wrong order. Then I had to wait ten more minutes because this employee tossed out my receipt before my order was delivered and I asked the manager for a refund just as another customer with a larger order pulled off got he with no fries at all, the rest of the food was cold so they asked for a refund but she left off an item. I will never go back.

Mcghetto is the new option in drive thru here at this local.Worst manager and customer service. The manager was yelling at two people and cursing. She refused to give them her name and was ghetto as u can be. It's a shame that who ever owns this franchise is unaware of the types of unprofessional attitudes are aimed at their patrons. She needs to be fired or go thru extensive customer skills training. Her counterpart was a girl w black hair and a nose piercing Indian or Spanish and she just shut the window on them. They were also cursing it sounded like at the driver. Mcghetto is the new option in drive thru here.

I used to always say the McDonald's on Garner road was the best but after the experience I had I'll have to say they are far from it Very disappointed . Had to tell order 4 times cause the guy was to busy talking to another employee. Finally got my food and my six-year-old a happy meal.. Got it in the car checked it out and my daughters was wrong. I gave it back to him, made me pull up I ate my whole meal then went in and still had to wait on her food. Hope it gets better if I try again.... Drive thru

Went thru the drive-thru & was directed to space#1 to await my order. 10 minutes later, a young lady comes out with several open bags going from car to car. She approached me, asked me what I ordered & handed me my food. 1st, since I was directed to a specific spot, she should have known my order. 2nd, it would be much appreciated if the bags were closed & finally, a thank you would have been nice.

Waiting 30 minutes for my food in the DoorDash area. That’s not even the worst part rude young people and kept getting offered other peoples food while waiting 30 minutes. They was gonna bring my food out but I got so tired of waiting so I walked in and had to ask go for my food my self. DONT GO THERE
