Waited in the drive-through forever. It appeared the drive-through wasn’t working so we pulled around to the window. The idiot at the window refused to take our order at the window. (Against store policy?) He claimed that nobody was sitting at the drive-through and that we were sitting at the wrong spot. But we were sitting right in front of the speaker. Probably wasted 30 minutes and got nothing to eat. The line of folks behind us going thru the same thing and that lazy slob didn’t care.

📣CLOSE THIS RESTAURANT. Carl jr???? I had someone to apply in November. The individual came for the interview and got hired. The individual was supposed to start that weekend. I filled out the paper work that was emailed. Next day the manager who hired him transfered to another store. Saturday comes and he is told he cannot watch videos because someone was supposed to call when the paperwork was completed. That left a sour taste in my mouth. The following Tuesday I called and found out the previous manager had left. I was given the new manager cellphone number. I spoke with her and she said to bring his ID and social security card. We did that and she told him that she will call him tomorrow with a start date. We waited for three days. I called and left message. Nothing. I stop by and was told he will start the following weekend. Nothing. A month or calling and leaving messages no response. I even asked if the individual application be transferred to another restaurant in the chain. Nothing. I received an email stating they decided to go with another candidate. I'm confused. Is this how you conduct business no wonder the ratings are down. Parents watch your children with these companies. You have to be an advocate for the young people. These people will get over on the young population because they think they can. No no no.
