Twigs Bistro And Martini Bar

I've really enjoyed Twigs over the years and supported during COVID. Went for dinner on the patio last night. We were seated at dusk outside and when it became dark there was no lighting. We were told its broken. The only light was from a blinking security lamp hanging off their building above us. Waiter neglected us for most of the meal and we would have happily paid for more drinks. He didn't know his menu had no idea what the soup was for the day and left us numerous times to go and ask. The table was sanitized but we sat over dirty silverware from the previous diners. The tables nearby that were left by previous guests sat full of dirty dishes and food our entire time there. Soup was salty, my salmon was full of bones and if I had some light over me I could have pulled them from the fish while I was eating it. Truly one of the worst dining experiences and especially not worth the price.

Made a reservation via open table for 12/23 at 7:30 for outdoor dining! My friend and I go every year for Christmas this was our 7th year. We were excited to try the outdoor dining and support twigs one of our fav local places to eat during COVID. We arrived and were told by the waiter outside that they didn’t take reservations but go inside and they “would see what they could do.” My friend and I went in where I told the manager I had a 7:30 reservation. She told me that that wasn’t possible, and they don’t do reservations. Then how was I able to make one on open table??? I showered her our conformation and She never even once apologized she then told us that they wouldn’t serve us because they closed at 8 and it was 7:30. All the while she have us Attitude acting like we were trying to lie to get in or something..... we had been waiting all week for our reservations..... All I can say is wow. I usually LOVE twigs and have amazing service but I was blown away but how rude and inconsiderate they were. ZERO empathy If they don’t take open table reservations anymore then why was I able to make one. This experience was super disheartening and I won’t be going back to twigs for a WHILE. There was NO compassion she didn’t even treat us like humans. She treated us like annoying animals she needed to get rid of
