Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Red Robin is taking safety very seriously right now and are doing an amazing job of it. It's not impacting the customer's experience whatsoever (or at least mine). We were sat and helped by an amazing waiter who attempted to make a personal connection with us. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Best of all we got refills promptly.

The last 2 orders we have placed with them have been terribly disappointing. The first time, the food was clearly not quality, thrown together and wrong. This time, we had 4 meals prepared wrong and one completely forgotten. In normal times this is an inconvenience, the server apologizes and makes it right. With to-go dining this costs two hours, gas, and an unhappy family. Our reward for our $60 dinner being all messed up? A snotty attitude, cold food and a $15 gift card. Thanks Red Robin, we won't be back.

The service is fast and friendly. I had the pleasure of having Becky as my server. She remembered what I ordered from the last time I came in without question. She was very efficient and made sure we never ran out of anything. Steak fries for days! One of my favorite things about Red Robin is the bottomless Steak Fries. Haven't met one I didn't like yet. 😂. I was able to try their Impossible Burger for the first time. It was cooked to perfection and was one of the best I've tried yet. The texture and timing was on point. The BBQ sauce is good. Just sweet enough. The macaroni and cheese has a rich flavor that pairs well with the fresh ground black pepper. I get steamed broccoli every time I come to Red Robin and it's always a good idea to balance the meal. The deep fried pickles came first and went the fastest. But I think I ate the most fries.
