Caruso's Sandwiches And Artisan Pizza

Ordered a half Italian stallion sandwich. It was filled with many toppings, and was made quickly. I ordered this on a combo meal, but unfortunately the drink machine ice feature was not working. I had to have a warm soda, as they did not have any ice available. I believe the manager should have had a solution to the issue, during the time the ice machine was not working. Otherwise this would have been a better review.

Restaurant was clean and inviting. Nice covered patio too. They have beer on tap here. The menu has pizza, subs, salads, and pasta on it. They have a dessert case that looked amazing too. We had a couple of the pizzas, a sun, and spaghetti with meatballs. I loved the Tuscan pizza it was legit. The meatballs we're very good. I got to try the Italian Stallion which was heavenly. The service was prompt and friendly. We had a little wait for food but it was slammed. Over great experience.

I love Caruso! They are always very courteous, very friendly, and if they make a mistake they make it right immediately! They make the best salads! The meatball subs are out of this world, and if you ask for extra sauce and meatballs if they do it right away! I have nothing negative to say about this restaurant, and they have gluten-free crust which is so amazing! And if you need gluten free bread they have that as well!!

The morning crew here has been consistently mindful and mask compliant since the beginning of this pandemic which has always made me confident that I would be getting, GOOD, safe, food. But today 12/8/2020 we had Sister-Super-Spreader with the black pony-tail bopping to the front from the back, NO-MASK, like she was on "super-import-business". Not only does this show a disregard for her co-workers, but a disrespect AND disregard for the safety of whatever customers come in there. (everyone else, including customers were masked up). I have to say, I eat a lot of take-out here in the Valley and out of all the regular places I go, Caruso's is the only one where I see un-masked people working in there. Am I going to have to quit you guys until next spring/summer?

My whole family and I love Caruso's. Their very conscious of my wife gluten free needs. They are quick to come up with appetizers that fit her needs as well. It's very clean and the staff is always nice. They do a great job of keeping customers safe. They have a selection of 7 taps of microbrews at a great price. For a family of 5 it's a great deal for exceptional food.
