My mask got ruined in the snow so I went into jimmy johns on my break to get food face was completely covered asked if they had a mask and instead of being nice he was to the back and screamed you gotta get out bro instead of just saying nicely sorry we don’t have any mask. Learn some customer service I know I need a mask but mine was ruined that’s why I kindly asked if you had any extra mask.

My wife and I recently ordered from Jimmy Johns and the sandwich we received had bread that was was burned and not cut and I ordered a normal coke, and received a Diet Coke. This is not the first time we have gotten our order wrong and unfortunately it will be the last. Not worth the money we paid for it.

My delivery driver this morning was the most adorable girl I’ve ever met. I was waiting outside my apartment for my food and she was walking up the stairs on her phone and then looked up and became so flustered. Running back down the stairs because she forgot my drink. But if anyone knows this girl please help me contact her 🙏🏻☺️
