Subway

****DOES NOT ACCEPT COUPONS***** Subway corporate mails out coupons to draw in business. The owner of this and multiple other locations in Spokane has Decided not to accept coupons. For families that are trying to make their budgets stretch those buy one get one free is a big chunk of change to spend when you weren’t counting on that. . Placement of their signs is on the very beginning of the counter as you walk in. A customer walks right past that to look at the menu. Fortunately for us there was somebody upset about it at the very end of the counter already having had their sandwiches made, when we walked in so we benefited from overheating “but that’s why I came in today”. Thumbs down to the gal who walked to the beginning of the counter… twice to show the sign. We were relieved to not be unpleasantly surprised when it came time to make our purchase. We made our comment put the sign in the middle of the counter where people order their food, And left. Thumbs down to you ….owner for accepting the graciousness of subways advertising but poorly placing signs and being greedy and keeping the bottom line to you and not and making families on a budget suffer.

Went to Subway this evening after receiving coupons from subway in the mail. Specifically a buy one get one free sandwich. When we were in line we heard someone at the front of the counter getting upset that he could not use this coupon. This is when we discovered that the owner of the subway decided not to accept subway coupons. We also found out that he owns most of the subways in Spokane. Yet there is a large advertising that came out in the mail today for subway. This is bringing business into a store but he is not honoring the coupons. I chose to turn around and leave only for the principal. I will not do business with someone like this. This is wrong and deceitful. Shame on you subway!

My partner and I ordered on the app and picked it up. When I opened my sandwich to eat it at home, this is what I got. Yeah, we should have checked it before leaving the store but who seriously thinks this charred thing was acceptable? Edit: the guy making the sandwiches is refusing to take accountability saying it's not burnt, that's just how the bread toasts, as if I've never been to subway a day in my life. We've been waiting for about a half an hour now for him to make my one sandwich.

I was kicked out of the mcdonalds up the road because I cannot wear a mask due to severe health conditions that prevent me from being able to wear one and function properly. We decided to go to this subway instead, and the person who helped us, Katie, was so understanding and kind! Plus, she did such a great job helping us! She apologized for my experience and made me feel so welcome and safe in my own health. Also, I've never gotten a prettier salad from subway! I was overwhelmed! It was such a great experience and we will definitely keep spreading the word about the quality and kindness found at this location. Thank you, Katie!

The girl who started my sandwich was not very friendly. I ordered a specific sandwich but wanted it made a certain way with the things on it I wanted. When the girl started putting onion and green peppers on it I said, oh I'm sorry, I don't want those on there. She just looked at me and took the onions and green peppers to off and I proceeded to tell her what I wanted on it. She very snottily said, it has to be toasted first. Um, ok! By the time I got to the girl who was taking payment I was frustrated and didn't even want the food. She asked how my day was going and I told her it was good until I got to Subway and that I must have made the first girl mad. She apologized profusely! She was the only one that was actually nice in the store. I bring my son to this store often since he loves Subway but we will drive to one farther away from home due to the service I received today.
