My husband just picked us up a treat, I took a bite of the delicious Oreo s’mores, only to find a few bites in a piece of paper or cotton IN the ice cream- not only that but the cone was as stale as a piece of bread left out for weeks. So disappointed. Usually love this place for its friendliness and cleanliness but now I’m honestly kind of grossed out.

This was our first time here, my boyfriend and I both got a waffle cone ice cream between 9 and 9:30 p.m. on 6/25/22 . There was a blonde serving us, and her bangs were not tied back, her hair kept getting so close to everyone's Ice cream and Ice cream cone as she served everyone . Our waffle cones also tasted stale, which really messed up the whole experience for us. I gave one star, only because I had to, maybe we will try a different location next time.

Terrible customer service experience tonight at a location we generally frequent for our fav flavors. My daughters birthday and we went in to grab some dessert but the young blonde woman helping us wouldn’t honor her free scoop bday cone because she didn’t have the app. Super disappointing honestly, especially after being told you have to have the app months in advance to get the bday cone. We even asked if we could show her identification and she still said no. Not everyone is technologically savvy or allowed (when a child like in this instance) to have a cell phone with an app. Do better Baskin’.

I have a milk allergy and was very excited to try thier new nondairy chocolate mint flavor. The person who scooped my icecream used a scoop that had been used for regular icecream and rinsed in a container that had remnants of regular ice cream in it. I let her know (as politely as I could) that she had cross contaminated the nondairy ice cream and I could not eat it. She was miffed (but not outwardly rude). I wish Baskin and Robins had educated their staff about food allergies ans cross contamination. So disappointing for me and stressful for the person who was helping me.

Got my daughter and son a drink the new boba milk tea it was undrinkable I asked if they could exchange it for something else they told me no and then after arguing with them they said that they would but for something that was $3 when I paid $14 for 2 drinks....didn't understand why It couldn't be replaced i wasn't even asking for my money back...I didnt raise my voice when asking to replace drink manager face got red as a tomato and her coworker laughing in the back oh well I wont be back.
