Taco Bell

If I could post zero stars I would. At first I had been overcharged on my food, which I had pushed aside. However, once I received my food I was thoroughly dissatisfied. I had ordered a soft taco supreme and to my surprise it was a regular, oh well, I can look that over. Once I went to pick it up, I had realized it was soggy and melted on the inside- after only getting it less than 10 minutes before. After that, I moved on to my Crunchwrap supreme. Not only was it thin, it was also soggy, flimsy and not at all crunchy. I am very unhappy, and hope they take more time on their food since it was not even a busy time for them.

Ordered online, came in to pick it up, checked in and was told it was good and it’ll be out in a second. Almost an hour later no food. I asked an employee about my food who then told me that they were closed. Which is confusing because they close at 2 AM. He then began to run around and not answer any questions. He had no clue what he was doing. and then told me they’d just make it tomorrow. Not a care in the world. While it was already paid for. I asked for a manager and while the manager WAS helpful, he seemed short with me and acted like I was inconveniencing him. While I was patiently waiting.

They messed up my order. I proceeded to explain what they messed up and was given attitude--he asked me if I wanted a manager. He wouldn't let me finish what they messed up and when I asked him why the attitude he told me he didn't like being talked over. But my own mother was right next to me and didn't understand what he was talking about. The guy giving me attitude, didn't seem like he wanted to be there and can't handle a messed up order. He was wanting to push it off to his manager to fix. I go to this location a lot and have never had this kind of issue before. I am really disappointed for the service they gave me today.

This is the 3rd time again I went through drive thru and ended up getting wrong order again. Not hard to get someones order right. Not hard to make a burrito right too. Three times in a row wrong order. Not going to this taco bell anymore. Try and go to liberty lake taco bell which is the 2nd closes Taco Bell to my house. Get it together people. Do your job right....

I have come twice in a row. Today and yesterday same time. 5:30 pm. The lobby has been locked. The customer service is friendly though. They are doing the best they can. I blame call outs for the lobby being locked. If you agree to a job and dont show up all your doing is causing stress and frustration to your team mates. I think it is really sad. 5 stars- thank you to those people who showed up today

The late night driv-thru at this location has really gotten bad. Extremely slow. Three visits this week and every one was 10 to 15 minutes in line before getting to the order speaker. 7 or 8 cars backed up onto the street and none or maybe one at the window, past the speaker. Then sit at the speaker for 2 to 3 minutes before the guy takes my order. One of the worst driv-thru workers that I have ever encountered. When I spoke to the manager he just made excuses about being short staffed.
