The worst customer service i have ever had by a guy name alex... waited 5 minutes for him to prep food b4 i could buy 1 banana for my 2 year old grandson. He was very very rude when he came to the cash register. I asked for a corporate number he refused to give ut to me. If you want gopd service dont go there!!

The blonde lady working at 1pm on the 21st of October was rude to two teens and didn't give us the deal for the brisk tea which was 2 for $2 and she made us pay 3.36 for 2 and I even let her know that there was a deal for 2 for 2 and she snapped at me and made us pay more. Not only was this illegal but she has been rude more than once. She also didn't have a face mask or name tag.

Prices are good, employees are awful. I shop here often and everytime I go in the employees give my friends and I death stares. I don't even talk to these people and I can audibly hear them moan when they're trying to mop or clean something and they have to come check me out at the register, and im 100% fine with waiting but they insist to check me out first and still just give me the worst attitude. They're always conveniently out of stock of pizza at night to so they don't have to cook any but it magically appears in the morning when people who actually do their job show up. It's such a pain walking there and then they don't have the food im expecting that's supposed to be there. I try calling even just to avoid the walk but they don't answer their phone either. Worst night crew ever.

Such an amazing experience. The clerk guy had me sign up real quick for discounts. Saved me 6 bucks pretty cool. They have so many hot food selections. Will be back. Class A customer service. Love all 711's NEVER had a bad experience. Seen them go above and beyond for customers at times of need. Stay safe stay blessed! 😇

I have gone to this store and had a great experience, usually when a female worked. I have also gone there and was treated to very rude behaviour. Today the guy that was working was really strange. Was yelling and singing loudly his answeres to me. He was so busy telling me how he did not want to work, that he printed a power ball ticket instead of a mega millions. Not the end of the world but really dude!

The 7-Eleven here has been an okay convenience store for half a year for me, but after the service I received today from the blonde Karen working the counter I will never be returning. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a customer service associate and I can only assume it's because I was wearing my gay hat. Bigotry is especially unbecoming in the work place. I will be taking my business across the street to Sam's Stop and Shop indefinitely. I will also be making a formal complaint with 7-Eleven corporate.
