Always my "go-to" for coffee. Always the "go-to" for our family's coffee "needs". While in the military, we would come home to visit, and Daily Habit was our first stop when we came into town, and the last stop on the way out of town. We have been a customer for a long time, and know all the gals on the North side very well. And you all need to know the gals that work for you, are very good at what they do. They stole tip money from my debit card! I’ve gone here a few times, but may not go ever again. I went yesterday and got a drink, handed her my debit card, and later saw an emailed receipt showing that she had authorized a tip WITHOUT ASKING ME. This is theft. I did not tell her she could have my money and she took it upon herself to take it anyway. Had she asked it if wanted to tip, I likely would have said yes. On top of that, she charged me for a larger size drink than I ordered, for no apparent reason. Highly disappointed with the situation. UPDATE: I think it’s important that my original review stand as a warning to everyone. However, I was able to speak with the owner about the issue. She was very kind and understanding and offered (and did) to refund my entire purchase for that day. Great customer service following a bad experience.
