Bruncheonette

Everything here feels like a classic, with a wonderful twist. The sticky bun is one of the best things I’ve ever had. The Bloody Mary has a spice to it, in a good way, and the pepper bacon is perfect. I tried the blueberry-cardamom muffin French toast with orange cream cheese mousse, and others have the tamale waffle - all were excellent.

Granted today is Father's Day and that could be the reason why service was slow, the food tasted amazing. Besides the food, the staff is very respectful toward myself and family. Had a great time. The only setback I have is that as shown in the picture below, they add to where you have to pay for a 16% WA Service Fee on top of the 9% Sales Tax, so we didn't leave that big of a tip.

The wait was long because this place is absolutely amazing! We waited an hour but we happily ate our amazing creative meal and enjoyed some cocktails. The tamale waffle just hits right, not to mention all plates were beautifully plated. The environment was small but it was not over crowded. Bathrooms were nice and clean and the food oh man the food was truly a nice creative modern twist on breakfast classics. Coffee was also great nice medium roast freshly brewed. All in all will go again!! We highly recommend this spot!
