Maple Street Bistro

I haven't been here much since the pandemic and work from home thing all started as well as the new ownership, but that was obviously a mistake on my part because the coffee and baked goods are even better than I remember. The gluten free stuff is so dang good. The GF blueberry scone is to die for. Everyone can find something yummy to eat here! Their patio is super cute and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed.

Absolutely delicious. I've ordered delivery from them a few times, and family got takeout from them today. They have the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had in my life, and they're huge too. The bagels are good too. I wasn't a fan of the raspberry scone, but the pumpkin cake and salted chocolate chip cookie are incredible. The base for the smoothie tastes pretty strongly of vanilla, but I'm the one that assumed it was a light flavor and so they're at absolutely no fault here. I look forward to trying a smoothie again with a different base, because I know it would have been good if I didn't pick flavors that clashed with the vanilla base. The egg and cheese sandwich is good on a cheddar bagel, and even better with extra cream cheese. I'd be thrilled to be able to have it daily! I absolutely recommend them! I haven't been inside before as I've only gotten it delivered through apps or by family, but the environment would have to be awful to stop me from ordering from them again.

The breakfast sandwiches are amazing here! Especially when Paige is making them! She just has the magic touch when it comes to the right amount of special sauce! And it’s awesome cause I can get it in a gluten free version. The pastry’s look amazing but unfortunately since I’m gluten free, I can’t try them I highly recommend this place!

I had a big ask for a large breakfast order without much heads up, and even after re-scheduling Maple Street came through with delicious food for our office. And being able to have it delivered was great! Super friendly staff and great experience, we will definitely be treating our office to brunch here again.

I love this little hidden gem! Every time I’m in Spokane, a visit to Maple Street Bistro is a must! Service is friendly and quick. Shout out to Paige who has perfected the art of coffee! Food is delicious, and I love the side of applesauce. Highly recommend Maple Street Bistro (wish there was one where I live).
