Sacred Heart Cafeteria

My visit with cardiology surgery was amazing! Dr Harwood is very caring and thorough, and his whole team was supportive and wonderful! The nurses though! My goodness, they were the best! I am so thankful for all of their hard work and taking such great care of me today when I was going through one of the hardest days of my life. I will gladly drive five hours, to come back here, for any other surgeries!

Absolutely beyond amazing!!! My 9 year old daughter was horribly sick and had a really hard time breathing. Moses Lake ER decided to transfer her to Sacred Heart children's ER. There, they ran a few of tests and immediately found out that she had pneumonia. From there she was moved up to the children's ICU. She stayed there for a few days and let me tell you, she was adorned. She received her own blanket and two stuffed animals to take home! Once she started feeling better and started getting bored they brought in finger nail polish to paint her and her dads nails 😍I must say she was so comfortable and so "waited" on she wanted another day in the hospital, mind you she's the middle child 😂 I would absolutely recommend them any day!!!

Two years out from covid and still won’t allow even siblings to visit on pediatric unit, regardless of vaccination status, okay, could overlook that if it wasn’t for the fact that in order for me eat dinner with all my kids on Mother’s Day I have to take my daughter(the patient) to the parking garage in a wheelchair and we get to eat in our car in order to have that time with her and her siblings. Can’t even permit us to be in the cafeteria/dining area? At what point do patients mental health and the mental health of their families start to be taken into consideration. Or maybe this is a way for them to just not have to deal with extra visitors anymore.

If it wasn't for them my husband would be dead right now. We live in Idaho and both his doctor and KMC hospital acted like nothing was really wrong enough with him even though they diagnosed him with colitis sent him home with 5 pain pills and some anti- nausea pills. In the mean time he no longer has a colon. Most everyone at Sacred Heart is amazing we are definitely in their debt. 😊😇🥰🥰🥰

I am appalled at the way my autistic family member was treated here. They laughed at her to her face, called her “retarded” and suggested she walk home when being discharged. I will be filing a formal complaint with the board of medicine. The cherry on top is that the pregnant nurse who greeted her at the entrance said she couldn’t wait to go home and drink alcohol. Class act. Really atrocious group of people working here. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Shannon from labor and delivery was a Godsend, so helpful and really went above and beyond my expectations!! Thank you Shannon you are an amazing person also desi from post partum has been a tremendous help and definitely goes above and beyond my expectations as well! She also has been a Godsend! You always run into those nurses who to them it’s just a job but it really warms my heart knowing that there is people like Shannon and desi working in the medical industry! Sacred is an amazing hospital, they also saved my daughters life two years ago! And also in the process of helping my sister through an extremely difficult disorder that all other hospitals failed to diagnose! THANK YOU SACRED HEART! Much love for this place!

The nurse's went through my personal belongings!! Then they told me if I didn't allow them to search my family and friends that I wouldn't get visitor's at all!! They acted more like a place where I was locked down and not a place that I came to get medical help. I would never recommend going to sacred heart ever!!
