Delivery is always very quick and the food is amazing! I have been ordering from them for awhile and they have never made any errors. The food preparation is always very neat and they always put in extra napkins and straws! Excellent customer service as well!

My order was taking a longer than normal. So I called the store to check on it. I was very polite. The man was very short with me, didn't ask for my name. Said it's in the car, we are super slammed today, and hung up the phone. Terrible customer service..

I placed an order at 4:45pm for delivery. Order arrived at 5:20pm, but with missing items and a partially incorrect order. I called back right away to notify the store that items were missing. The rest of my order was delivered at 5:45pm. While my frustrations were met with “I’m so sorry”, my experience was anything but “Freaky Fast”.

This a great sandwich shop! Delivery drivers are prompt and give great customer service. Called with a comment tonight and the manager took care of the problem immediately. Within minutes a replacement was delivered. It was fresh and matched the original order perfectly. Each sandwich is loaded with meats and vegetables and always wrapped with a seal. Thanks Jimmy John's, 29th on South Hill.

I placed an order tonight at 4:40 PM for delivery. It is now 5:50 PM and still no “freaky fast” delivery. I did receive a call and they called and said they ran out of cheese. Okay that’s fine. I called 15 minutes ago and they said it would be here soon. I wouldn’t say they have freaky fast delivery I would call it absolutely slow delivery. The last person I spoke to was the first to apologize. When you are that far behind, let the customer know so we can make other decisions.

I don't like their selection of sandwich toppings, it has gone down in the last few years I'm afraid. I actually try not to order her for just that reason. The dijon mustard was not good. The only redeeming factor here is the friendly service and the fresh ingredients. That obviously speaks highly for me, however, I feel like it the most important factor. The reason for my rating. Improve your menu and you will dominate the market!
