Service at this location went above and beyond, we couldn't hear or be heard at the drive-thru because of a passing storm so they let us in to another wise locked lobby, so we can get out of the rain. Granted this is normal operation hours but they had it closed so they wouldn't be create a slip and fall hazard which I totally get. The food wasn't quite correct but given that we were given an upgrade in Fry's for nothing I could not complain. Additionally we got a discount with saved us quite a bit off of our meal. Say what you will but my service like that I will be coming back.

This Carls has seemed to go downhill. We got a burger and fries. Fries were cold had to ask them for hot ones, then when to eat our burgers and they were dry didn't bother to have them fix them. The restroom 🚻 had a signs in them that said no loitering. The baby changing table was dirty would not put my baby on there.

Looked up the hours online because it was late, said open until 1am. Arrived at 11:10pm… lights are on, signs are lit, menu boards are lit, pull up to the speaker and…. Wait…. Nothing…. Hello?… still nothing. After waiting for ten minutes without any response, we left and saw a single worker cleaning in the drive thru window. If you’re going to close early, have the half a brain to turn off your drive thru lights.

Absolutely ridiculous wait times for simple items. I'm on my lunch break and have been sitting here for half an hour in the parking lot where they had me pull around just to get a simple all star value meal. I have to go back to work now so I guess I'll just have to try to get my money back. This place should just shut down if they cant fill simple orders.
