I don't remember why I rated this store at 3 stars 2 years ago, BUT I can tell you that I stop there often starting this year since my daughter started kindergarten and we drive past that store twice a day. The staff remembers us and when my daughter has come in crying a couple times they asked what was wrong, recently it was a bad ear ache, and then empathized with my daughter's situation and then when we came back a few days after that they remembered us and asked how she was doing. I'm not sure why I gave 3 stars before, but my feelings about this store have changed greatly

Immediately profiled as a shoplifter and blatantly shadowed by their lost prevention. When they didn't have the item I needed I was approached upon leaving the store and asked 'if everything was okay' luckily for that arrogant worker I recently lost my voice otherwise I would've made sure to make a scene after such uninviting disrespect.

I go there a couple of time a week.... The need more cashers at night around closing.... Several tim I have been in there were there's only one cashier and the line I hella long and other employees saying there's nothing they can do... It's not like that up on the lower south hill.....I also noticed this u look at everyone's review that the owner responded is the same on every ones review except the name is changed..... So does the owner even read the reviews?

So far only been to this location maybe 3-4 times, nice looking store employees seem okayish, I've definitely noticed people tend to stare a bit here especially if your a minority, i've gotten a few stares from other customers and maybe one employee so far. BTW IT'S EXTREMELY RUDE TO STARE....Say hello at the least or something to break the ice. I honestly don't mind giving places plenty of chances sometimes, but there's a awkward vibe lingering here.

We just bought some Havarti cheese from their Deli and put in our Air bnb for our guests. Well it was opened and not eaten so I looked at the date. It had expired in May 2021, we bought it December 31, 2021. So please be aware that they do NO quality control or proper rotation of there items. I would think checking the dates on foods that can expire would be a rather important job especially since this slipped by for over 6 months. I'm sure that this is not the only thing that is over looked in this store. I will never shop here again and will take all their information out of my brochures. Sad
