The caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino is my kryptonite. I’m sure I spelled that wrong but I’m sure U understand what I’m saying. They are amazing and consistent every time I order them. Starbucks may B more expensive than most places, but U always know what you’re going to get and they never hesitate to make it again If it’s not what you expected it to be.

Hella nice people, even at the butt crack of dawn. Asked me if i wanted my cream warm.. I admit i have never been asked that by anyone ever... I have never really given it much thought lol. I mean. I ain't the sharpest tool in the shed. But wow. Makes sense. Thank you shadle starbucks. I am gettin my cream steamed every time now ..

The employees went above and beyond to make sure I could have a fall themed coffee free of allergies for me. Checked multiple labels to make sure there wasn’t any corn syrup or milk in them. They helped me create this gem which is a grande nitro brew in a venti cup with coconut milk foam the rest of the way, with brown sugar & caramel syrup. Soooooo delicious and just what I needed today ❤️

Starbucks coffee always tastes burnt, which is okay if you like that smell and taste. They also don't really seem to have a diverse set of options to choose from. If you're getting hot coffee, you get a decent amount. If you're getting iced coffee, 1/3 of your cup will be coffee. The prices are asinine for the amount you get, and it's not all that great tasting either. The staff aren't the greatest, at least to the ones I've been to, but at least they're not pretending to be kind like other coffee shops. From my experience, in particular the one on Wellesley, the staff normally don't greet you, don't strike up conversation, and kinda just ignore you while you're waiting for your drink. Which if they're busy is okay, but there's a lot of staff in one building, so really it's no excuse. In conclusion, if you're not looking for options and don't mind the price, lack of coffee, and staff experience, this is the place to go. But if you're looking for taste, diverse options to choose from, competitive prices, good amount of coffee to ice ratio, and pleasant staff, you're better off going to locally owned stores.

My daughter, grand daughter, and I met at Shadle's Starbucks. We had drinks and a light lunch. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly to all who came in. Food was fresh & tasty. As we left the entire staff looked up and thanked us for coming in and joining them for lunch. We will definitely do this again!

Typically I order through the drive-thru but today I decided to go into the store. I had nothing but a pleasant experience! Sabrina had such a positive attitude even when the store was slammed with orders, it appeared they were training, and after other customers gave her a little attitude. She took the time to let me know my order was almost ready and made me feel very appreciated as a customer! Thank you so much Sabrina! You Rock!!
