If you want fully cooked burgers, make them at home. I'm honestly done with fast food after this, at least I know how to cook my meat. How is the top patty on my burger still pink? Y'all are gonna end up shutting down giving out meat that isn't fully cooked. Typically you cook your food to avoid lawsuits, I ate half of that. Disgusting.

elysse has THE best work ethic i’ve seen from a young individual in a high stress job such as this one. she treated me with kindness and double checked to make sure my order was correct. she has over the top customer satisfaction. the other workers are also lovely. my food was warm and well seasoned. the ice cream machine was also working. 10/10 would recommend going there. :)

This morning first window, I want to say her name is Sharol, she was absolutely unprofessional!! My son and I ordered 2 egg McMuffins in a meal and the women put them individually so I asked if we can get them in a meal, she didn't say anything so I said that is it. She said pull up to the first window and left us sitting there. I can see her standing there so I pulled up to the next window and paid at that second window and that older women was also very unfriendly. I am sorry but in the morning you should have your best employees up in front dealing with customers. I always say the older generation is friendlier but this morning these were the 2 rudest people I have ran into here at this location. Been here many times and have always been greeted with professional friendly services. I may have to change my time I stop in next time.

I used to work here as a manager. I can back up Stephanie C. on her review. Others can as well because it is the same complaint regarding a certain GM and Minor Labor Laws. Not to mention other serious issues that this Jordan Spurlock wasn't around for because he quit the first few days of the new GM taking over. I wrote Jordan up multiple times for laziness, lying, calling out on shifts where his manager/crush/room mate (that was crossing work and personal boundaries which created his own conflict) wasn't working, etc. Telling crew what to do even though he wasn't a manager. The manager who protected him didn't like Stephanie C., her BF (who was also a manager), and me and proceeded to lie about all three of us. The workplace became toxic, we were being used in multiple ways. We stood up for ourselves against the lies and had the right people defending us. In the end, even after Jordan quit and his gf didn't get away with trying to hurt us, a group of us left because the new GM immediately slashed hours and changed shifts outside of availabilities without talking to managers who were closing managers, with years of experience. Jordan's accusations are hilarious, false, sad, delusional, and so bitter considering this all happened months ago. If anything, Jordan quit because HE couldn't handle not getting what he wanted. Regardless of any retort that I get from JS, this is the truth whether its accepted or not. Relying on gossip when you don't even work there anymore is so sad. Hopefully he finds happiness but misery loves company.
