Jersey Mike's Subs

First, I am thrilled that this location had gluten free. We will eat at Jersey Mike's because it is one of the few places to offer a gluten free sub. There were five staff members and I had to repeat my order multiple times. They still struggled to get it correct. Masks can make it difficult, but they did repeat my order back to me only to have a different technician build the sub. The next technician had ask again for each sandwich.

So I loved the food and the guy that made my sandwich did a great job!! He was the shorter white guy and he was very informative and took his time to really made our sandwich how we wanted. The reason you lost two stars on my review is the other 3 employees that were working. They were basically just standing around watching him make the sandwiches and not helping, it seemed very rude and lazy!! I definitely think the older shorter guy needs a raise and the younger staff needs some customer service training!!

I've always loved this place, but this was one of my poor experiences being served. 4/15/22 2:37pm The cashier Mikayla seemed confused and rushed when there was not a line. Soda machine was down, and very poor communication on her part. However the other folks made up for the experience with sympathy and a free sub coupon.

This is the second time in 60 days that my husband and I walked in tried to order a walked out. 7 to 8 people workers during dinner hour. Nobody in the restaurant. Tabled totally dirty. Nobody says hello to u. Nobody tried to take my order. I stood in front of the order station and was jgnoi. Went to register and was ignored. Finally got to order and after order was told that it will be awhile to cook our sandwichs. So again we walked out. This time we went next door to the new restaurant that is next to them and it is some kind of kaboob place and so so good and worth the money and time. Thank goodness I was so hungry. Makes me sad about jersey Mike's and there horrible service. I did at one time like there place to eat at.

Dasher. Came in and they were busy. They ignored my order for over 30 minutes, disrespecting both me and the customer I represent while they continued to just make the orders of the people who trickled in. Me and my customer should not be being held in a lower regard than the people arriving after me. Will never take another dash here and if you're a delivery driver than be safe and hit that decline button.
