Ordered one meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and got a few fries instead. Then the other meal should have been extra crispy breast but you see it has no skin on it. Very disappointed!! Also ordered a 1/2 gallon of lemonade and they gave me a large as well as only one drink with my meals instead of two. Get it together kfc

Over the last four and a half years we've gone to this location a little over 60 times. Yeah love KFC food. Of all of those times they've gotten our order correct three times total. Unless you order exactly what the menu says one mashed potato one coleslaw and one mashed potato they will mess up your order.

The line was long so was going to order online to pick up. Could not log in and tried to reset password atleast 3 times but no reset email and did all those steps at the website and the app. Went thru drive thru. The drive thru window and surrounding is really gross dirty. Its actually made me sick to my stomach and ruined my appetite. They were out of most soda flavor sk got what he said was a mt.dew flavor I had not heard of. It tastes terrible. Watered down. I asked for light ice. Is it fake? Maybe the the end of someone elses drink. YUCK! Fries were half full. Had half the chicken as normal. Famous bowl. The packaged cookie was great. Smh Tried to email but it just stays on the same site homepage.

I ordered through Uber Eats and the store had completely forgotten a meal. Over the phone, I had explained to the store manager the situation. They suggested that I get ahold of Uber Eats for a refund, instead of just replacing the meal. I was confused as to how it was Ubers fault when all I wanted was the food I payed for..

Mediocre food for a very high price. Their original recipe isn't even fried and they charge more for what should be the original recipe but is "extra crispy" So that's a joke. And they forgot two of our sides- we called and said we'd have to go pick them up. We asked for a refund because seriously what a hassle THEY caused in the first place. "Oh you'd have to come in for a refund" Food was cold anyway, not worth $40 for a family of 3
