Zip's Drive In

There is no dine in at this store still due to covid scare. The service is drive through. I must say that the food was not very tasty, though the fries were cooked thoroughly and were crisp. I had a Wrangler, tiny amount of BBQ sauce, I had asked for onions and there weren't any. You have to ask for them. My husband had a Bacon Cheese burger and onion . His hamburger had like 6 little pieces of onion. He said his meal was so so. The strawberry milkshake was almost tasteless. Just a faint taste of strawberry My hubs chocolate milkshake tasted better . The cost for 2 hamburgers, fries and 2 milkshakes was $32.00. Which is very high priced I think. Perhaps they were trying to save money by skipping the onions and all, or maybe there is a low supply of onions. I don't know, but shipping costs have gone up so I forgive the lack of onion. I don't usually go to this store but it was by the shopping center I was at. Hopefully they can get some better tasting meats and shake flavors.

This is the best zips location in the region, yes I've been to all of them. The service is great, friendly and fast. They are always on the ball with order accuracy and everything is fresh - every time. Some of the other zips locations around Spokane should look to this one for how to improve customer experience. Consistent 5 star service and food quality. Kudos to staff and management, keep up the great work.

Fries are always over cooked and dry everytime we go to this location. And the burgers are always over cooked. There’s no juiciness to their burgers. All their food seems to be so dry but warm. We moved away from my favorite zips and this one is closest to my house. Probably will travel a little farther from now on. Also I was very sad that they are the only zips that does not have peanut butter for milkshakes. But I will say they are very friendly.

not sure why all the zips dont have the same things.... not sure why all the zips do milkshakes in different cups....milkshakes DESERVE TO BE IN A CLEAR CUP NOT THE PAPER CUPS BOTTOM OF CUP IS WEAKER THEN THE CLEAR CUP. not all zips do this just wish it can just be the same at every zips. the fried mushrooms - sizes should Very just like the fries....but noooo every zips is different and a waste of time. just odd. dq...mcdonalds....burger king....carls jr....even jack in the box when u go to different ones EVERYTHING IS STILL THE SAME

Way over priced for the quality. Decided to finally try this place despite my husband warning me not to because he had heard terrible things. I should have listened. My first time will definitely be my last. Burger quality was equivalent to McDonald's dollar menu but doubled in price. Grilled cheese was literally a bun with one slice of plastic cheese not even melted in the middle. onion rings were mushy and cold and the milkshake was runny and tasted like plain syrup from a bottle. Nothing about this place impressed me. Super outdated and poor quality food. Even if they gave away their food, I wouldn't eat it. Ended up tossing it after a couple bites.
