I would have given 5 stars; It is my favorite mcdonalds BY FAR within 50 miles of my home. clean,quiet,always get the right food ordered and good customer service, except this time it was extra slow,everything was smooth,got my food quickly and order was correct.The fries were older then they are probably allowed to serve them to customers,because they were luke warm at the drive thru,that was ok i would live with it! Just ask for a salt packet and be on my way,nothing can always be perfect.I Turn back to the window to ask the employee who handed me the order for salt,but he had quickly left the area,so i waited,and waited,and waited some more! I was waiting/ hoping for a car to come behind me to get there order so he someone, anyone would see me still there, im still waiting, and looking at the front counter,at the lobby,looking behind me for a car, .......... Waiting! i finally just drove away, where did all the workers go?,and how could none of the employees see i was still there?I have not been back in the kitchen, but i think they need some screens so if they all decide to take a break at the same time,or work elsewhere in the restraunt with knowone up front to see/help customers,that they can watch from the back of the restraunt. Just a suggestion! Yes! As long as i waited i could have pulled around to the drive thru,or walked in, but my fries were even less warm by then and wasnt worth wasting more time trying to add salt to make up for how untasty they were,nothing could have helped those fries.lol! WELL EXCEPT FRESH FRENCH FRIES OF COURSE. I STILL FEEL LIKE MY ORDER AND MY MONEY,MCDONALDS SAW AS A BURDEN TO THEM,I PURCHASED AN ITEM,I PAID FULL PRICE LIKE EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER, BUT GOT A DIFFERENT PRODUCT THEN WHATS EXPECTED FROM MCDONALDS, I WAS STILL A PAYING CUSTOMER LIKE ANY OTHER ORDER THEY DID THAT DAY! WHO IN CHARGE THAT DAY GETS TO DECIDE THAT I DID NOT DESERVE FRESH PRODUCT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE? CASH IS CASH,ORDERS ARE ORDERS, AND MCDONALDS SHOULD TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS THE SAME,, i just really want to knoq who decided that day that my money and business only could afford me old luke warm fries? What was so different about my order or me?my money wasnt good enough for a fresh fry with my burger? Any way it made the meal untasty all around,And did they purposefully ignore i was waiting there?

I am going to review McD's, why not? lol. This is utterly, the BEST McD's in Spokane. Super fast drive-thru, I feel like the slow one in line. Awesomist staff! I think the Double Quarter Pounder with cheese is Ultra Superb here. I try them everywhere because of Pulp Fiction, even better than the one I had in Paris which was twice the price.

Ordered a mcdouble with extra mustard and pickles, and a mcchicken with no lettuce and extra mayo. Got a plain mcdouble and a mcchicken with no mayo and extra lettuce. Buns were hard and stale. Called and spoke to owner and was told there was nothing they could do. Would not recommend this location ever.

Worst experience was told that something that I was looking at on the menu didn't exist even tho Iind you it was right there on the menu then when I called in for a wrong order cause of course they screwed that up they didn't answer the phone for 20 mins and completely ruined my dinner worst experience bar none would not recommend to my worst enemy
