Mcdonald's

The place was very clean, employees were friendly, professional, and VERY busy. My one criticism is the way orders were prioritized. I used the mobile app before I left home and chose to pick up in store, yet I waited longer than I ever have to get my order. It appeared that drive thru and delivery service orders were a priority, then customers at the counter were helped, followed by any mobile orders at the end of the line. As I see it, I place my order before leaving my house so that I could conveniently walk in and grab it and go. I think that's the point of the entire app system, right? Also, as far as I could tell, there was no system for telling me my order was ready other than flagging down an employee behind the counter. It would be nice to have the number displayed up on the screen somewhere telling me that my order was ready or not ready I think that would also let the employees know it was ready because it looked to me as if my order set for a little bit for it was noticed and given to me. Again, this is no criticism on the folks that work there. They all were doing the very best they could with a mountain of orders from all the different ordering systems available now. I just think the whole thing could be streamlined and more efficient.

Breakfast burritos should always be accompanied with at least one packet of salsa. I don't understand even when I asked for and asked again as my food in a bag was received if my sauce was still in there and they said yes. The sauce was absolutely not in there Of course this is my bad for not double checking, but let's also remember you had one job and failed. This is why McDonald's has the reputation it does and gets the credit that it does. It just never changes.!!

Would not give the ranch dip that I ordered. I ordered online including a ranch dipping sauce. Went inside, got my order, saw the sauce was missing so I asked Tom (Shift Manager) for one. He said he would have to charge me and directed me to the register. I have no problem paying but I had already ordered it. Also Tom did not seem to be very respectful with his crew and not pleasant with the young people from LC.

When we where pulling in to the parking lot there was a man with his pants at his ankles which was disturbing, he pulled them on before going inside. Said man came in after we entered the building and stunk the while place up, I understand he is homeless but he honestly should have been asked to leave. The whole place smelled like feces. It completely ruined our appetites. Even after the man left it smelled so bad we couldn't even smell the food, just the stone sent of feces.

Went through the drive thru and one of my sandwiches had no chicken on it. I was at work when I opened it up and took a bite only to have no chicken on it. The small fries for $1.99 was a joke. It didn't even fill the bag half way and were cold. I called them immediately and was told "come drive thru again and we'll make it good." Being I was back at work I couldn't go back to pick it up. I was very upset.

Absolutely will never go back to McDonald’s after this experience. I am forever disappointed in their service. They served us extremely disgusting food tonight. My fiancée and I feel sick now because of it. Their cheese burgers were overly greasy. It was so soggy that it leaked through our bag in the car. At this point, I am wondering why we even decided to eat our food. Not to mention also the burger was completely undercooked and pink the middle as seen in the picture. It was so bad that I forgot to mention that they messed up our order. McDonald’s has completely lost quality in their ability to deliver food. I am in disbelief from my experience and unsatisfied.
