Burger King

I used to come to BK for breakfast and they had the most amazing staff. Today our experience was completely different. The guy that was on the drive through was so incredibly rude. We were ordering for several people and it sounded like he was annoyed by us ordering our food. Yes it's cheap food but we still expect to be treated kindly.

This has to be one of the worst fast-food & drive-through establishments in Spokane Valley. Granted, I'm fully-aware that one must reality-check expectations for a fast-food restaurant. However! That being said, there are plenty of other competitors in the immediate area in the very same market segment that execute a FAR superior customer experience all the way round. • The physical building and grounds is run-down, dirty and the drive-through apparatus shows multiple areas of malfunction/damage that has never been seen to or repaired. There is zero pride in the presentation of this establishment. Again, I realize it's a fast food chain, but it literally looks almost like its been ransacked in areas. • 20-25 minutes sitting waiting in the drive-through when you are only the third vehicle and there are only four others in the parking lot is abysmal. Again, I'm not unaware or un-sympathetic to the struggle restaurants are going through with staffing during the pandemic. However, you won't find near this travesty of service at Burger King's neighboring competitors who are all suffering the same job market consequences. • If you're expecting anything beyond ever so slightly warm food. I advise taking your business down the avenue as you simply won't find it here.

Bad service. When someone tries ordering meals. You get everything wrong. Didn't give what was ordered. When asked about it the lady decided to throw a sack of the other person's food at us with a snobby face. Didn't still get what was ordered. Definitely not going there again. Looks like to me you guys need some new management!

Hands down one if the dirtiest fast food places I have walked into. There was not a single table that had been wiped down and there was garbage on the floors. The soda machines were almost completely out of every option and looked like it had been some time since they had been cleaned. The store was slow but it took 30 mins for a $20 order. I sat there while employees bickered with eachother instead of getting orders out. The only good thing I can say is that my order was correct and my food tasted ok. If you choose to go here, hit the drive thru and avoid the disaster that they call a lobby. All the grey items on the soda machine are what they hadn't refilled.

This is the worst BK I have been to the whole place is doesn't look like it's been cleaned in years. They give disrespect to ordering a cheeseburger with no pickles. I stood waiting for my order for 27 min as they took out 9 drive thru. It looks like they don't have anyone that knows how to do anything that needs to be done to keep a restaurant clean. Including staff guy that was destroying fries looked like has hasn't washed his shirt in a year. I know its just BK but I think health department gets a call on this one.

Us, a group of one adult and four children, came to this location. The First Lady taking our order was taking it wrong, but we didn’t say anything, then she randomly started SCREAMING and saying she was quitting because “she can’t do anything right” ( remember we didn’t even say she was doing it wrong ) then the other customer next to us was complaining that her order was completely wrong, so a young worker with blue hair yelled at her. Then the first worker walked by her and called her the b word. After that the blue haired worker told us we were “rambling” and being “too confusing” when we tried to explain ourselves she told us to “shut the f*&$ up” then she also said she was quitting. Finally a nice person took our order, worst Burger King experience yet.
