Domino's Pizza

I would not even give them one star if I had the option. I ordered 4 sandwiches, wings, a pizza, and the brownies. The only edible thing in my order were the brownies. The food was cold, the pizza tasted like cardboard, and none of the sandwiches had the sauces they were supposed to be topped with so they were extremely dry. One of the sandwiches wasn’t even the correct one we ordered. Everything seemed to be tossed together carelessly, like the person making the food could care less how it looked or tasted. I live pretty far and couldn’t take my order back or I would’ve. I called to let them know how disappointed I was with my order and ask for a refund or credit to my account. The woman on the phone seemed very annoyed, she made me go over every single item in my order and describe in detail what was wrong with it, giving me attitude the entire time, she then abruptly told me she had to take another call and it would be credited to my account and hung up. It’s been over a month and I haven’t received a refund or credit to my account yet. Its annoying that I wasted my money on food that wasn’t edible and then 20 minutes of my time explaining in detail what was wrong just to receive nothing but attitude from the employee. I’ve decided not to go to this Domino’s again, even though it’s the closest to my house. I will never give them my business again at the Argonne location again.

I really don't know how you screw up pizza? I got 2 pizzas one had no sauce ? One was burnt black ?then when I get a credit for a new one they claim it didn't exist. Really not hard to have good customer service when your serving pizza come on. Then tried charging me 35 bucks for 2 medium pizzas ? Who's managing this place 🤣

Ordered carry out this last friday evening. 1 medium pizza (pepperoni/sausage), 16 buffalo wings, 16 bread bites and chicken fettuccini alfredo. We're from the Tri cities area and we were staying in Spokane for the weekend. Order was ready quickly and someone from the restaurant quickly brought out our order within 2 minutes of arrival. Pizza wasn't cut all the way through, meaning I had to attempt to cut my pizza with the fork I had at our hotel, also sausage tasted weird like it may have gone bad or wasn't prepared properly. Wings had very little sauce on them and just weren't very good. Bread bites were really the only thing good/normal other than quick service. Chicken fettuccine Alfredo was decent, but had very little chicken in it. Also asked for plates, but was told they didn't have any? This could be a dominoes policy since I never ask when we're @ home, but I thought all pizza places gave out paper plates with orders when requested. We get dominoes fairly regularly in the tri cities so we know what all of these items look like when they are done right. I didn't think to check reviews before ordering here, but looking at reviews after the fact and based on our experience I don't think I'd come here again. It might be a good idea for a manager to check with other dominoes on best practices moving forward and maybe some personnel turnover before reviews begin to plummet below 3 stars.

I ordered for delivery at this location at 5:42pm At 6:23 the app said that it was delivered so I called again and asked if it was delivered to the wrong place and they said no that the app was wrong and that the delivery driver had it and should be there soon. At 6:53 I had called again to see if it would be there any time soon and was told that it should be there soon by the the driver that supposedly originally had my order. I waited until 7:22 to call again to see if my order was out for delivery and he told me that they had forgotten my order and that they would bake it and get it out. Almost two hours and 3 reminders… my order was some how forgotten?

Ordered two pizzas last week, our pepperoni pizza was 1/2 black it was so burnt and our chicken bacon ranch had NO sauce, and less than six pieces of chicken. Was told we would receive a 20 dollar credit and it was never put on our number and was told we wouldn’t receive it and there was nothing they could do. Terrible management. Store is going down hill.
