The food is good and the portions are also good. But the service isn't consistent. There is usually only one person serving. And that person is usually on the ball or not so service can be slow at times even trying to get a refill on a glass of water. There was also a time when they got our order wrong and they weren't too interested in righting the issue which was quite a disappointment. Update: We have been back to this spot a couple times since the change in ownership. The food is still good. But the service still needs work. On our most recent visit, we were brought the wrong order. A lady at the only other table came over to our table and told us that was their food. And then another server brought our food and tried to take the food that was at our table to the correct table. We hadn't touched the food but even then who would want to eat food that was already at another table? The other table did complain about it, quite loudly. But there was no offer to remake the food or anything. I don't even think I heard a word out of either server, no apologies, no offers to correct their mistake. But all that aside, the food is still consistently good. If they could just get the service in order, this will be a solid spot for pho.

Updated Review: 01/07/2023 I really love the food here, very very much! The food had a lot of flavor and the portion was good too. But it started to have issues for the recent two deliveries(I always order delivery) Today when I opened the package, the soup was leaked into the bag as well as the sauce of the package. I almost gonna report toDoordash for the issue, but I didn’t. I know how much the error charge gonna cost from restaurant. But if this happened again, I will have to report it. I hope the owner will consider to use better packaging materials and method. Old review: Placed an order through Doordash and it was not disappointed. Food was delicious and with good amount. Will order again.

4/5! Definitely a good spot to get Pho. If I'm close to the area, this is one of my go to places in Springfield when I'm craving a good bowl of Pho soup. The Food: My go to bowl of Pho is the Pho Tai. The meat is always nicely cooked when it touches the broth and the broth flavor itself is delicious. The portion is nicely sized so you won't be leaving here with wanting more to eat. However, when paired with some crispy spring rolls or Cha Gio, for appetizers, you can't go wrong. The Service: The service is always good here. When walking in, the staff greet you to an available seat almost immediately and they try to get your orders in/out as soon as possible. Place is clean and the food is always good. Overall, a 4/5!

I got the seafood noodle soup, absolutely delicious and came out promptly. The fish ball left something to be desired, but I would hardly count that against the dish as a whole. A regular size bowl was plenty to fill my stomach without leaving me feeling bloated. Definitely want to come back here again!

I came to this place for the first time with my husband who always told me that he liked this food, I did not want to eat anything because I thought I would not like it, and to my surprise everything was very delicious the best spring rolls I have ever eaten and their rice is delicious wow I fell in love with the food,
