Just bummed. I placed an order last week and the order was incorrect. When I called, Lacey was rude and over-talked me. The manager called and credit my account for one meal, very nice. Using my credit I placed another meal, shrimp fried rice. Drove 20 minutes home and our order was chicken fried rice. After many years of ordering from there we are done. I would not recommend ordering from there.

This used to be our go to place for Chinese food since it’s so close to our house. The last few times we ordered from them the food was very bland, no flavor to speak of, not even salt. Not really sure what they are making the sauces with now but in a matter of minutes the sauce just turns into a glob of slime. So disappointed. They do have really great fried wontons though, nice and crispy so there’s that I guess.

I would like to let you know. I order from here quite a bit. I spend a lot of money here. The last couple times I've ate here in the last year. I feel sick. I ordered from you guys on Tuesday. Ever since then. My whole family has had diarrhea and been puking. I have been puking and had diarrhea for 3 days. And I'm not very happy about it. I don't feel well at all. And I'm hoping that things get better. I can't hold anything down but water. Well I also puked that up last night. So I have to say I will no longer be ordering from your restaurant again. You guys clearly have a problem. And it needs to be fixed. Or you're leaving food out too long. Something is wrong with your food. And I hope anyone else that has this problem. Considering my whole entire family is sick. I hope they come forward and say something to. I've looked at your reviews and I see what you guys always say back. There's no excuse and I'm not going to argue about it. I knew not to order this food. But I did because it tastes good. But I ended up being sick for 3 days so far. And if it doesn't stop I'm going to have to go to the hospital. So thanks a lot hope you fix your problem. And not see this as a joke.

The Wok on Scenic is absolutely phenomenal food. From the Hot and Spicy chicken and Cashew chicken, all the way down the menu to the amazing crab rangoons and Egg Drop soup. Sauces are amazing, everything is cooked perfectly. I even have blazing hot food still when I pick it up and drive 20 minutes all the way home. Employees are super polite and constantly work with a sense of urgency too. They rush everything to get your food quick, and I have never had anything missed or made wrong in the 9+ years I have been eating here. Pro tip: ask for steamed chicken instead of fried for lower carbs or to just mix it up.

Sweet and sour sauce is really good. Chicken was very dry and stringy. So much so I couldn't keep chewing on it. Rice is plain ..no veggies or onion. Just tasted like soy sauce. Egg rolls are small. Crab rangoon was tasty and had a perfect light crunch. The sweet and sour chicken was my entre. Customer service was great. Disappointed.

This is the best Chinese/Orientle food we've ever had and the amount of food they give you to eat is enough to eat for 2 days. The flavor and the quality is fabulous and far above and beyond excellent. I've ate at a lot of orientle restaurants in Springfield but this place is the only place I'll ever go for orientle food again. We ordered 2 beef and broccoli meals with 2 orders of long noodles and we ordered an order of sweet and sour chicken that came with rice and an egg roll and we also ordered 3 extra egg rolls. The whole order was 40.00 dollars and the portions were humongous. The flavor was excellent as well. You won't be sorry if order from them. Also rjeir finding room is closed but you just pull up and call the phone number posted on their door and order what you want and give them your debit card number (I'm sure they take cash also) when ordering and they bring it out to your car. You can also Google them to see their menu and order from home and go pick it up. The wait time was very quick also. Maybe 8 to 10 minutes wait time. You won't be sorry if you eat here!!!

We have ordered several times from The Wok on Scenic the quality of food isn't consistent we have had to return food one time due to it being very tough appeared to be old chicken. We recently bought two orders and it was very tough I called and told them about the issue. They said that they would refund because of the bad chicken. Over a week later no response from The Wok on Scenic.
