Imo's Pizza

Great regional chain with pretty consistent menu. This location does good business and tends to get crowded during lunch and dinner hours. The cracker crust pizza is very good, although I'm not a fan of the extra sauce. Sometimes the toasted sandwich is not warm inside. The employee's are friendly and the service is generally good too.

I love imos and order pretty often, however lots of inconsistencies. I order the same pizza every time and each time it's different. Too much sauce, not even cheese. Too much cheese, no sauce. Order it well done...not well done. Or it's burnt. To the point when I get a good pizza might have to call up there to find out who made it...for future orders.

We live in Kansas and have family in Alabama and North Carolina. Imo's Pizza on Republic in Springfield MO is our favorite stop going or coming home. Have one at the store and throw another four in the back window. You have hot delicious Imo's Pizza for the rest of the trip. This is St. Louis Pizza. Thin crust, provel cheese and cut into squares. If you like St. Louis style pizza this is the original. You have to like prevail which is a mixture of provolone and mozzarella. My wife does not so it means more pizza for me. I usually visit imo's in St. Louis, but was happy to see during my recent visit to Springfield that they had 2. I got the garlic cheese bread. Don't waste your time, it's thick toast with garlic butter and a square piece of cheese melted on top. Nothing special. I will recommend the cinnamon bites for dessert.

Took my wife for a good pizza ordered Garlic cheese bread large 2 toppings Pepperoni and Canadian ham we got the PLAIN CHEESE BREAD with NO GARLIC and then we get the pizza not real hot and very under cooked CRUST never really had a bad experience here about 5-6 people there and the staff was very full so not busy and over staffed and a $30.00 meal so we took home 3/4 of this pizza home might try air fryer tomorrow we might not be going back to Imo’s for awhile
