Oscar's Famous Ribs

Moved to Branson in 1994. There were 2 Oscar Smokers in town, just carry-out and bellowing native oak wood. Everybody stopped by weekly to get some ribs to take home. A few months ago I saw the building downtown and had to stop. Same quality over 25 years later. Great spare rips and you have to get the meaty baked beans. Will feed 4 with sides. Who sells perfect spare ribs for 20 bucks? Not sure if they do it anymore, but back then for $10 I could drop off a turkey and they'd season and smoke it for me. Pick it up 3 hours later couldn't beat it.

I am a happy regular at Oscars Ribs, and I have been going there frequently for a couple of years now. Their BBQ is some of the best in town, with surprisingly affordable prices, and friendly staff. My favorite item is their pork sandwich. Their barbecue sauce is to die for. 👌 Be aware that Oscars is a mobile BBQ wagon set up within Price Cutter, so for seating you will have to go over to the Price Cutter/Starbucks dining area.

I honestly believe that this is the best BBQ in Springfield. I will stop by on the odd Friday just to grab a tub of their brisket. I eat it straight out of the tub! The sandwiches are huge, and the jalapeno poppers are delicious. Everything Oscar's has to offer is tasty and plentiful, and the owners are lovely people.

We came to this restaurant for dinner. we heard about this spot from quite a few people. Well, it was a winning. the staff members were so friendly and we had a great feeling. The food was just great. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. we highly recommend this place.
