Mcdonald's

100% of time when a Big Breakfast was ordered the potatoes that were supposed to be part of the meal were never in the bag ... and when complained was told we must've already ate it, and never received it. This has happened at 5 different stores in different cities over the last month. Snotty attitudes. So check your bag before leaving and demand completeness. All of my orders have always been short something. I don't trust the employees at any store anymore.

They barely had a line, I order 3 McChickens, a happy meal, and 2 large sodas. Took forever for the cashier to notice me, get to the food window, only gave me half of my order. I told him he didn't give me all my food, and he said is it on the receipt, yes sir. Refused to give me my food. So I left. Never will I go back.

05/22/22 7:00 am Ordered at the drive through asked for a Number 3, which is a meal got asked if I wanted the meal or sandwich told them if I wanted the sandwich I'd ask for one and not a Number 3, the woman responded with sarcasm that it was either or, waited over ten minutes in line for my food only for the manager on shift to rudly hand my my food. Will not be going back here again. Customer service and common sense doesn't exist any more it seems.

Sad to know this isn't a place to charge phones or relax while waiting for my ride. Im told that a homeless population close to this McDonald's is the reasoning behind the no charging & short guest time limit, however as a traveler & paying guest, i will not return to what i had always assumed, was a safe place for me to not only enjoy a meal but also relax as my co workers tend to other matters

First time we came here we had to wait almost 30 minutes for two burgers and a medium fry. Came here this morning and my wife ordered a vanilla iced coffee along with two biscuits and two drinks. After waiting over 20 minutes, my tea was unsweet when I ordered sweet, and her coffee was practically milk. When we went up and asked for it to be remade, the lady said "well I made it" and looked at us like "what else" my wife explained that it doesn't taste right, it practically tastes like creamer, the lady responded "I guess I can try to make it again but I don't know." We overheard someone tell her she's still making it wrong, and we got served it anyway. We asked for a refund and she had an attitude. Not coming back again, this was terrible.
