Domino's Pizza

The medium bacon pizza we got was good, that's why I'm giving them 2 stars. The cheesy bread was a little overcooked. I don't know about other locations, but this location always forgets stuff and then we have to call them while our food gets cold then wait on whatever we're missing. They forgot the 2-liter of soda and the 2 marinara sauces which they charge you for. So we waited to eat until they came back. I don't know why they don't check the order and make sure they have everything before they bring it. This happens quite a bit. EDIT: Just looked at my bank account and I spent $28.63 but $32.63 was taken out of my account. Wouldn't be surprised if the driver wrote in his own tip. Or maybe they charged me a delivery fee for them having to come back because they forgot to bring me my entire order. Make sure you check your bank account later, they're dishonest! They will be getting an angry call tomorrow!

We usually order food a lot from here but we will be taking a break for a while. We ordered a pizza that was half pepperoni, half ham and pineapple. The pepperoni side had hardly any cheese at all on it. They forgot our 2 liter of soda so we had to wait for them to bring that before we could eat so the food got cold. He sets the 2 liter of soda directly in front of the screen door so that I can't open the door. The soda got knocked off the step and exploded when I opened it so I had a big mess to clean up. Always cost $30 no matter how little we order. About $10 just for the delivery fee, tax and $2 tip before the food is even added. Wish I could give more for a tip (when they deserve it) but its so expensive already.

We are visiting from out of town in a hotel. We have been ordering dominos for years and after so many bad experiences in our local town, we’re about to give up on dominos all together. We were not given many options here so decided to order in Springfield. I literally have never been so pleased. Food was so hot when it arrived within 30 minutes of ordering, order was correct, not dry and shy on toppings. The delivery driver was so nice and tried so hard. If all dominos experiences were like this I would definately be a customer for life. Thank you

Made an online order, couldn’t change the apartment #, but called the store and they got it fixed for us. So that’s not the issue. The issue was the driver was already here, and I went to go get the pizza since they probably hadn’t received the new info. Got to the car, driver asked the name, huffed and got out of the car, slammed the door and basically shoved the pizza at me and they peeled out of the parking lot. Wyatt, I believe it was, needs to have a better attitude.
