Red's Giant Hamburg

I had to change my review of this place the service is so bad so slow we waited almost a hour for 2 cheese burgers with frys this is ridiculous its not even busy at this place at this time what happened someone needs to come in and change and take leadership over these people there are a few good people and they are probably being worked to death. The food was not worth the wait or the price I can see why this place is dying.

The fries and root beer were good, but could tell on the burger. The picture shows it was ordered without ketchup, mustard, and pickle, but the picture shows, that’s exactly what I received. No way to scrape it off. Also asked for Red’s spread, but didn’t get that on it. All in all, very upsetting as this would have been the first meal of the day, paid almost $10 and only ate fries.

It was just ok for me. Better than most fast food burgers. But nothing to get excited about or to make a special trip for. I might go back with friends if they wanted to go there. I expected something better with all the build up people give it. If the fries were crispy they would be much better. Went back a couple of weeks ago to give a second chance. It was a Monday at noon. Slower than the first time. My wife got onion rings and they were flat out cold. Not cool or warm but cold. My fries were warmish. Burgers ok. Took the onion rings back and got fresh, and they were not much better I noticed that the fry area had huge stacks of cooked fries and onion rings there. So that was probably why. If the burgers are cooked fresh why aren’t the fries and onion rings. Especially for how long you have to wait. Could be good if there was attention to details.
