Jimmy John's

Ordered a single sandwich for delivery at 11:50 for lunch. 12:45 comes around and it still hasn’t been delivered. I only have an hour lunch break so looks like no lunch for me. On the rare occasion I do order lunch from from here it never fails that it’s ALWAYS late. I understand it’s the lunch rush and it gets busy but I bought from here because it claims to be fast delivery. It’s just frustrating when I wasted my whole lunch break waiting for my food that I won’t have time to eat. Thankfully I was able to cancel and get a refund. Still hungry though.

This manager waited until they were about to close to tell me could t deliver my food cause one of the workers went home after I sat here and waited for one hour for my food! Not only that I have to wait until my money come back onto my card after the pending clears and then he couldn’t get my address correct also.

the staff is very friendly, the food is decent, everything is clean. i wouldn't recommend ordering anything for delivery, which is the main thing i use Jimmy Johns for. when i worked on the other side of town, I consistently got my orders on time. Now that my orders are coming from this store, every single time i've ordered a sandwich, it's arrived after my lunch break, and i usually order 30 mins before my break starts. i've called the store twice, they always say they don't have enough drivers. i get it, it's a stressful job, maintaining drivers could be difficult. what i will say is this: if this is what your full staff is, you haven't planned this locations business well. if you're having issues with turnover, then pay reliable drivers enough to make the job worth staying. you put wear and tear on their cars, and apparently, don't have enough drivers to support "freaky fast" delivery. with that being said, i'm gonna go ahead and not order from here anymore. even though i enjoy my sandwiches, I want to be able to actually eat it on my break.

Staff was great, very friendly! My food was not. I truly appreciate that the lettuce on the unwich was apparently washed, however, mine was dripping wet and, unfortunately made the entire thing inedible (soggy lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and runny mayo is very unappealing). PLEASE dry the lettuce prior to making the sandwich- or unwich! Thanks!
