0 stars really, the girl in the drive thru needs fired, she messed up my order since she had not a clue, tried to make me pay twice, then the food she forgot she had me pull up and then acted like she forgot about me, had to go inside after 15 minutes of waiting then wanted to be rude to me and act like she forgot to give me my food. The manager was nice and he made it right? But he needs to get rid of her asap! Thanks for the cold food! My kids appreciate it.

The food is always good, and the service is fast and friendly. We always eat in though, but no one else ever does it seems. Update: I originally did this review four years ago. I no longer live in Springfield. I was in town today, and we stopped by. I tried their Southwest Chicken Avocado Wrap. It was spicy and really good. It's a highly recommended change to that every day boring burger.

Waited 30 minutes today to get 3 orders of fries. Told them at the window that I wanted ketchup before they parked me. When they brought my food out there was no ketchup in the bag. Tried to get inside but couldn't. Did not want to wait in line another 30 minutes to get ketchup. There was no apology for my long wait or anything. Just a big disappointment. Bad service all around. :(

The store was clean, the service was good.but the cooks got the sandwich wrong. The soda machine was out of ice, and the soda came out hot. When I went up to ask for ice she wasn't very nice. I understand they are very under staffed. This is a Saturday night, have more people working. If they have to worry about to go orders, drive thru and dine in with only one person working the front counter and one working the drive thru. Then shame on the people that run the business. Do better for your employees and your customers!
