Wendy's

The worst Wendy's experience I have had. Wendy's in Loves gas station off I70 and Route 41. Grant it, it's fast food and it's hard to get good help these days, but still I'm spending my hard earned money to eat with this franchise. Only 1 person taking orders and the line was out the door . Multiple (6 to 10) people behind counter standing around. The manager was yelling at the workers. The drink station and sitting area was disgusting with food and trash on tables , counters, and floor. Hamburgers were very dry/burnt and fries were cold. I took the fries back and asked for fresh. Waited about 3 minutes (the time the worker said) and they gave me cold fries again. I did not take them back again because I was afraid that all the young kids behind the counter would record me being a complaining Karen . It was unreal. I will not be going back to this one again.

Prices are OFF the HOOK! Over $6 for a baconator single??? Really? And $2 for a small fry? I can go to a nice sit down restaurant where the food is hot and someone serves it to me for that kind of money! If I pay $6 for a single burger it better be a gourmet burger! And as long as people pay those prices the higher the prices will go. I did NOT pay that price, I walked out and went to a restaurant and paid less for my entire meal.
